Energy recovery device for seawater desalination using reverse osmosis membrane method 'DeROs'
Energy recovery device for seawater desalination using reverse osmosis that achieves energy savings and reduces electricity costs.
The "DeROs" is a low-noise, high-efficiency energy recovery device that reuses the energy from high-pressure concentrated seawater discharged from reverse osmosis membranes (RO membranes) through a piston. By adopting a two-step drive with a patented switching valve, it implements speed control of the piston, achieving low vibration and low noise. Additionally, due to the small pressure loss inside the product, the total lift of the booster pump can be kept low, allowing for a reduction in electricity costs. 【Features】 ■ Achieves energy savings by combining with high-efficiency RO pumps from Denki Gyo Sha ■ Realizes low vibration and low noise ■ Allows for a low total lift of the booster pump, enabling reduction in electricity costs ■ Obtained compatibility evaluation certificate from the Water Production Promotion Center ■ Received the Chairman's Award from the Japan Machinery Industry Association for excellent energy-saving equipment *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
